I'm trying to make a new AI for the Yuuzhan Vong for myself that uses Phased Polaron beams and organic armor. I borrowed the Ukratal's Ship design file and swapped the Plasma Charges with Phased Polaron Beams. But now for some reason the AI won't use organic armor with PPB's. Does anyone know why this is? Both PC's and PPB's use up the same about of space, and I didn't change anything but the weapon choice.

Since nobody noticed my post in the Support area and people ask questions here anyway, I posted it here.

Is the AI leaving off the armor, or leaving off the weapons?

Can you copy and paste the problematic design into a post? That would make it easier to spot the problem.

Also, what size are the ships that have been having the issue?

They were leaving off the Armor. And the issue was with Light Cruisers.

Sorry for not noticing before, but I think I basically figured out a workaround to the problem I had. This is a design that I now have for the Yuuzhan-Vong's Light Cruisers:
