Gifting is allowed, but keep it small and under control. Do not attempt to subvert surrendering.

Analysis of ships is permitted provided it doesn't involve any colonization, weapon, production, or construction technology. Restrictions do not apply if you captured them during a true declared war.

Avoid missing 3 turns in a row, and otherwise keep turns missed to a minimum. Other players may request a kick to a player that attempts to workaround this rule (e.g. miss 2 turns, play 1 turn, and then miss another 2 turns)
