Game List and Detail Updates

The game pages have undergone some minor revisions.
Details on this update:
- Game listing page hover states are replaced by click-able expansion.
- Game detail page shows latest forum posts once again.
- Fix host turn 0 buttons on game detail page.
- Add forum threads to game detail page. Skip mobile page until new forum layout is created for mobile site.
- On game forum category and thread pages, add a "back to game" link.
